Keep Your Customers Happy

In response to my classmate Alonzo’s blog post about Thorny Rose Wine’s I was happy to hear how well they communicate with their customers. At my work we sell both the thorny rose Cabernet and the Chardonnay by the glass and by the bottle. It is great to learn that if one of our customers tweeted out about their experience with their wine at our restaurant they would likely get a positive response back. Or if we had any issues with the wine they would be open to communicate to find a solution to the problem.

Its great feeling when you know that a local company has such a great presence and demeanor on social media, keep their customers happy and coming back for more.

Great information Alonzo I might pick up a bottle myself tonight.
